On 14 January, she reached 50,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 1 March, she opened the membership feature on YouTube. The stream was then made private.

On 28 March, she reached 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 15 July, she announced on her Twitter account that she would get her 3D model (this was already teased during Tsunomaki Watame's 3D debut). During the announcement stream, she reached 200,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 19 July, she debuted her 3D model during a stream being the fourth of her generation to do so.

On 22 September, she reached 300,000 subscribers during an endurance Ring Fit Adventure stream.

On 16 November, she shared that due to the worsening of her right wrist's tendonitis (later diagnosed as De Quervain's tenosynovitis), she has to postpone planned streams in order to treat it.

On 18 December, she reached 400,000 YouTube subscribers during a singing stream, where she also showcased her updated 2D model to the 2.0 version. The new features include being able to remove her crown, more facial expressions, better mouth tracking and the ability to move just her neck without the rest of the body more freely.

On 29 December, hololive's Twitter accounts announced that eight of their members would get New year costumes, Luna being one of them.

On 1 January, she debuted her second 2D costume, a new year kimono, during a stream. Like with most costumes, Luna got a new hairstyle, but can also choose to use her regular hairstyle.

On 1 February, she underwent another surgery for tendonitis, putting her streaming activities on hiatus once again.

On 14 February, Luna announced on her Twitter account that the members of the 4th generation would get their 3D idol costumes.

On 15 February, she debuted her 3D idol costume.

On 18 March, Luna reached 500,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, making her the 35th hololive member to reach this milestone and the last of her generation.

On 27 May, hololive's official Twitter account announced that Luna would get her third 2D model.

On 29 May, Luna debuted her third 2D costume during a stream. With this costume Luna got a new hairstyle, with loose hair that goes just below the shoulder, using a silver crown instead of the regular gold one, and a small candy-shaped hairpin, maintaining the same moon shaped earrings as her standard outfit. Luna wears a blue dress with a space pattern filled with stars, the dress is decorated with golden moons and stars. Luna has also the option to use a dark blue beret and a light pink cape with a hood or to keep her original hairstyle.

On 24 June, she reached 600,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a singing endurance stream.

On 4 October, Luna reached 700,000 subscribers during a singing endurance stream.

On 10 October during her birthday, Luna received cat ears and tail as new accessories to use with her third 2D costume.

On 24 November, Luna's Twitter account became verified.

On 4 January, during her 2nd anniversary debut live, Luna debuted her first original song "Zettai Chūsei♡Nano Nanora!"

On 29 January, Luna revealed the official launch of her first original song "Zettai Chuusei♡Nanonanora!" and also debuted an accessory for her third 2D costume, a new hairstyle consisting of twintails that fall to the front with candy shaped hair ornaments. Her cape with a hood now can be pulled down. Her new hairstyle is compatible with her cat ears accessory.

On 14 May, she reached 800,000 subscribers on YouTube during an endurance karaoke stream.

On 20 July, hololive's Japanese Twitter account announced that Luna would get fourth 2D costume.

On 23 July, Luna debuted her fourth 2D costume. In this costume Luna got two new hairstyles using long twintails decorated with black bows, blue and white striped candy shaped hairpins and silver crescent moon and star shaped decorations. The other hairstyle she uses her hair loose with buns at the sides, she also has a pink octopus on top of her head that apparently represents her illustrator Kanzaki Hiro, that mimics her eyes and mouth movements. Luna wears a white dress, decorated with various black bows, the bow on her chest has a crescent moon decoration, underneath the fabric is also decorated with silver crescent moon and star accessories. Luna uses long white socks and black shoes.

On 18 August, as part of the "hololive Summer 2022" event, Luna debuted her 3D swimsuit in a stream on hololive's Japanese channel alongside Oozora Subaru, Tokoyami Towa and Tsunomaki Watame. Unlike the original swimsuits from 2019 that had individual designs, these swimsuits are meant to be matching outfits similar to the 3D idol costumes. The swimsuits come in two types one with thin straps for the top and a diagonal cut mini skirt and the other one has ruffled straps in the top and an even mini skirt. Both version are white with various patterns including hololive's and Holoearth's logos, hearts and sparks. The swimsuits are personalized by including different colors to match each talent. Additionally they have the option to wear a hoodie.

On the same stream, Luna also debuted her 3D yukata. Like other 3D costumes, the yukatas have a variety of styles that hololive members can choose from. The yukatas come in various colors and patterns including fireworks, flowers and goldfish.

On 23 August, Luna debuted two more variants of her hololive ERROR Aogami High school uniform: The winter 20XX uniform with a black blazer over a cardigan and the 19XX dark blue sailor uniform.

On 3 January, Luna debuted a new hairstyle using loose long hair with the option to wear a hairband. The hairstyle is compatible with most of Luna's costumes.

On 11 March, Luna reached 900,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 18 March, Luna debuted her new 3D idol costume during hololive 4th fes. "Our Bright Parade" DAY 1.

On 15 July, she debuted a new 3D costume as a member of the "Blue Journey" musical project. She uses a blue beret with a plaid pattern. The costume has a white blouse with detached sleeves, a blue ribbon in the chest decorated with light blue jewel and a blue belt below the chest. The blouse lower edge is asymmetrical and divided in three, the front has planks and it is the longest, then the right side is longer that the left side. She uses a long blue skirt with a plaid pattern and the inner section is light blue. On the back the costume is decorated with a see through ribbon.

On 21 July, hololive's Twitter account announced that Luna would get her fifth 2D costume.

On 29 July, Luna debuted her fifth 2D costume. Luna uses an asymmetrical bob hairstyle with a blue inner layer. She has a braid to the left decorated with a black bow complemented with a crown badge, Luna also uses heart shaped shades. Luna wears a stripped white crop top with an asymmetrical gray vest on top of it. She wears a stylized red tie and multiple black straps around her chest. Luna uses stylized black shorts with skirt planks to the sides, the middle button is unbuttoned. To the sides her black panties can be seen. She has a torn gray high sock on her left leg. Luna wears low gray boots. She can also use a white and wine colored jacket falling from her shoulders. On the right the jacket has two badges one representing a Lu-knight and the other representing her main illustrator Kanzaki Hiro. Luna can also hold a Lu-knight plushie.

On 30 July, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, during a karaoke relay, Luna debuted second her 3D swimsuit. The 2023 swimsuits are inspired in a sailor uniform. Members wear a two layered swimsuit, the first layer is blue from the straps going down diagonally to the center where each member has a mostly blue bow but one of the sides and the brooch are in one color representative of each member. The rest of the top is white. The edge has a semi circular cut. The lower piece of the first layer has two variants, one is a two layered blue skirt decorated with a white belt, a golden chain with some decorations hanging from it and a bow to the left and planks to the right. The second version is mostly the same but they wear blue shorts instead of a mini skirt The second layer of the outfit is a matching striped bikini in white and another color depending on the member.

On 10 October, during her birthday stream, Luna released her third original song "Mannaka-Chiten."

On 4 January, Luna's main model was updated to the 3.0 version. Luna highlighted her ability to puff her cheeks. Luna can have heart and sparky shaped pupils. She can also stick out her tongue.

On 2 April, Luna reached 1,000,000 subscribers on YouTube. This makes her the 41st hololive member to reach the milestone, and the last member of hololive JP's fourth generation to do so.

On 24 June, she debuted her sixth 2D costume. Luna uses short hairstyle with a braid to the left and a lilac flower hairpin to the right complemented with a blue ribbon with yellow dots and a white one. Luna wears a kimono with pastel color in pink, blue and white. Her kimono has a wide white collar with frills, the collar has a big blue ribbon with a golden crown shaped pin. The sleeves are stripped. Her is blue and is decorated with a big blue and white ribbon with a golden crescent moon. Luna has a layered blue and white skirt, the blue layer has a diamond pattern that changes into a starry, cloudy night sky pattern at the bottom. She wears white socks and blue sandals. Luna can use a white hat and hold an oil-paper umbrella.

On 24 August, the members of Magical Girl holoWitches! debuted their 3D costumes. Luna uses long wavy hair, decorated with golden hairpins. As part of Team astra, Luna wears a white dress with a layered skirt. Luna's dress has golden and pastel pink and blue elements matching her hair. Her dress has an oversized white and pastel pink and blue ribbon on the back. She uses white long boots.

On 1 January, Luna debuted her seventh 2D costume. Luna uses long, straight hair, the hairstyle has a variant with high-short twintails, Luna can use a white beret, decorated with six golden stars and a badge with a crescent moon. Luna wears a white sailor fuku with frilled edges, the collar has a light blue ribbon, the sailor fuku has a diagonal, circular cut with golden, crescent moon-shaped buttons. She uses a blue checkered pattern skirt with a cut to the side with a different cloth on it and the skirt also has white frills on the edge. Luna has white socks and checked, blue shoes. On top of her outfit, Luna can wear a long sleeved, blue, coat-like dress, with golden buttons and braids in the sleeves.

On 8 March, she debuted her hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony 3D idol costume during the event's day 1 STAGE 1. The costume has some variants, it can be black or white, complemented with a color representative of the talent. The midriff can be covered or not. One has variant has a skirt while the other uses pants, with one leg exposed. Aside for the design featured in promotional material, the costume also includes a short jacket.

On 3 May, to promote "Star Wars Day", Luna along with Noel and Korone debuted Star Wars-themed accessories for their main 2D models, consisting of a brown Jedi cloak and a lightsaber which they can hold. In Luna's case, her lightsaber is green.

On 15 May, Luna debuted a brown version of her third 2D costume and a new ponytail that can be combined with most of her costumes.

On 28 June, Luna debuted her eighth 2D costume. She has a straight haircut falling up to her shoulders. Luna wears a white, two piece swimsuit with a polka dot lilac pattern and a chain-like layered belt with various crystal like spheres and stars. She uses sandals. Luna can also wear a straw hat in the same colors and a long sleeved, white, summer dress. Luna also has some expressions like yandere-like red eyes.

On 10 October, during her birthday, Luna debuted an update and a new hairstyle to her main 3D model. The update improves the model's movements, adds effects to her costume, hair, and makes her facial movements smoother and more natural. She also released her fifth original song "Nnasshoi Passion."
