On 6 December, VIRTUAL TALENT ACADEMY announced 10 names of 3rd batch academy students.

On 9 December 2022, Yusei held his first stream as VTA student on VTA YouTube channel.

On 12 March 2024, NIJISANJI announced that Kitami Yusei would be graduating from VTA and debuting as NIJISANJI Liver.

Yusei's YouTube channel was created on 2 December 2022, and his Twitter account was created in February 2024. His first Tweet was made on 12 March 2024. In addition to the members' individual channels and accounts, the unit debuted with their own official YouTube channel and Twitter account. The 3SKM's YouTube channel was created on 3 February 2024, and the unit's Twitter account was created in on the same month.
