Despite upholding a composed and elegant demeanor whilst working, Ness is naturally the hearty and eccentric type whilst streaming. He stated in his debut live to simply think of his "butler mode" as "a rare form he would only show to his master".
Other livers have described Ness to have an extroverted and friendly personality.
Ness has short greyish-lavender hair that partially falls in front of his left eye, with a dark blue feather extension on the same side and light teal eyes.

On 5 July, Ness held his first stream as VTA student on VTA YouTube channel.
On 12 March 2024, NIJISANJI announced that Sakaki Ness would be graduating from VTA and debuting as NIJISANJI Liver.
Ness's YouTube channel was created on 27 June 2023, and his Twitter account was created in February 2024. His first Tweet was made on 12 March 2024. In addition to the members' individual channels and accounts, the unit debuted with their own official YouTube channel and Twitter account. The 3SKM's YouTube channel was created on 3 February 2024, and the unit's Twitter account was created in on the same month.
3SKM started their activities on 12 March 2024 and would hold their first stream on 15 March 2024.
Along with the debut streams, they also released their first original song "DIGGY DIGGY". This song was written by Kokubo Yuuki.

On 7 September, Ness released his second outfit.
On 12 September, Ness debuted his 3D model for the first time.
On 6 January, VOLTACTION and 3SKM held a collab concert livestream called "IMPACT" on YouTube. Near the end of their concert, 3SKM announced that their 1st mini-album, “Nighthawks” will be released on 29 April.
