Roa has blue hair with white highlights in a bob cut, and eyes with violet irises. She also has an and cat ears of the same color as her hair.

Long before her debut as a VTuber, Roa's Pixiv Fanbox featured posts dating back to 12 June 2021. Roa's YouTube channel and Twitter accounts were created on 28 October 2024. She made her first tweets on that day.

On 16 July 2025, she posted a teaser video and made a tweet announcing her upcoming debut. On 18 July, two days before her debut, she reached 100,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 20 July 2025, Roa held her debut stream at 20:00 JST. It was followed by the release of her first cover song, "Jellyfish" by Yunomi.
