On 14 July, Tsumugi debuted on YouTube with a short presentation.
On 20 October, just a few months after her debut she stopped updating her channel after a PUBG stream collaboration with, Aki Rosenthal, Yuzuki Choco, and Yumekawa Kanau.
Retirement
On 3 December, it was announced that KAGAYAKI STARS would be changing its name to "Re:AcT" due to changes in its management policy. It was also announced that five talents would graduate: Kurama Tsumugi and Saotome Poemu on 3 December, and Orio Koya, Hoshikuzu Len, and Mikage Lux on 31 December.
