Amamiya Kokoro, a Japanese Virtual YouTuber from NIJISANJI, debuted in August 2019 alongside Eli Conifer and Ratna Petit as part of the "Posanke" trio. Known for her ASMR, free-talk sessions, gaming, and singing streams, she is affectionately called Spuds by her fans and often uses the oshi mark 🎐. On 21 September, 's ahamo mobile service announced a 5-member collaborative VTuber unit under ahamo's "GIGA MASH PROJECT," consisting of VTubers from NIJISANJI, hololive, and VSPO!. Kokoro was revealed to be a member of this unit, now called "Team ahamo", alongside Tachibana Hinano, Ars Almal, Natsuiro Matsuri, and Omaru Polka. The unit will release a variety of content including songs, music videos, livestreams and manga with the goal of promoting NTT Docomo's ahamo plan.
On 17 October, Team ahamo held their first stream on Tachibana Hinano's channel.
On 12 November, Team ahamo held a 3D Live on Ars Almal's channel. On the same day, they released their first original song, "Boom" on Natsuiro Matsuri's channel.

- In October 2023, she participated in the Vaultroom x Crazy Raccoon (VCR) ARK event server.
- On 16 February 2024, Kokoro was announced as one of the eight Livers involved in the eighth NIJISANJI and Sweets Paradise collaboration café. Participating locations served food and drink items themed after the individual Livers, with other goods featuring original artwork available for purchase both online and on location. The collaboration ran from 28 February to 27 March 2024.

- On 30 June 2026, Kokoro participated in the "Kizuna Ai Cup 2026" (キズナアイ杯2026) event organized by Kizuna Ai for her birthday, where the participants competed in Among Us 3D and Fall Guys games. She tied with Otodama Tamako at 3rd place in the overall ranking, scoring 25 points.
