- On 27 February 2022, she participated in the NIJISANJI VALORANT Custom event organized by Lauren Iroas and Naraka as team "AmaEbi Daifuku" along with Shiina Yuika, Ex Albio, Mayuzumi Kai, and Ars Almal.
- On 3 July 2022, she, alongside Sorahoshi Kirame and Yang Nari, participated in the NIJISANJI Mahjong Cup team competition, "Kachou Fugetsu Sen", on the official NIJISANJI channel as team "Sweet Moon Nari!" (スイートムーンなり！) of Block A.
- In October 2023, she participated in the Vaultroom x Crazy Raccoon (VCR) ARK event server.
- On 16 February 2024, Kokoro was announced as one of the eight Livers involved in the eighth NIJISANJI and Sweets Paradise collaboration café. Participating locations served food and drink items themed after the individual Livers, with other goods featuring original artwork available for purchase both online and on location. The collaboration ran from 28 February to 27 March 2024.
