She has short, light hair with pointed ears and white maid cap with red ribbons and light reddish eyes. She wears a red dress with white collar and red ribbon with white socks and brown dress shoes

On 11 January 2018, Ichikara Inc. announced that it was recruiting "Official Virtual Livers" to serve as representatives for its iPhoneX app, NIJISANJI. Elu's YouTube channel was created on 31 January 2018, and her Twitter account was created in February 2018. Her first tweet was made on 1 February 2018.

On 9 February 2018, Elu streamed for the first time as part of a relay with the other Virtual Livers on Mirrativ. She later posted her first YouTube video on 16 February 2018.
