Reimu Endou

In contrast to her melancholic lore and appearance, Reimu was a fairly upbeat and positive person who enjoyed making sassy remarks and frequently engaged in verbal banter. While often perceived as hot-blooded when interacting with her fellow Livers, she genuinely enjoyed their company.

She had pale skin and light hair that curls outward and upwards with light pink eyes and dark circles/baggy eyes.

On 18 June 2021, NIJISANJI EN opened two sets of auditions, one of which was for an all-female wave of four. Silhouettes of the new Livers' designs were shown, one of which was designated "Ghost of Darkness." The all-female auditions lasted until 11 July. YouTube channels for NIJISANJI EN's third wave were created on 14 September 2021, and their Twitter accounts were also created in September 2021.

On 5 October 2021, NIJISANJI EN announced the upcoming debut of its third group, "Ethyria," revealing a teaser featuring the new Livers' full designs and voices.

Ethyria made their debuts on 9 October 2021 (JST) as part of a special debut program hosted on the NIJISANJI EN channel, with commentary provided by OBSYDIA. Reimu was the last of the group to debut.

Afterwards, all four members of Ethyria joined the main channel's special program to receive Obsydia's congratulations. Ethyria's first original song, "God sees all," premiered shortly after the program. This song was written and produced by ChibiNyan.

This group also known as Abagaadwiab (a bouncer, a ghost, and a doll walk into a bartender), but this name was actually just a joke by Kaelix because the rest of the member couldn't help but laugh.

• According to Reimu's Chapter 1 lore, after waking up as a ghost, she formed a pact with a mysterious, shadowy demon with round white eyes. The demon took up residence in her hat, but took away her memories.
• Forget-me-not flowers serve as a recurring motif.
• In Chapter 2, Reimu regains her lost memories. Raised by a loving Japanese family, she was hated and feared by strangers, and was violently drowned by an angry mob. In the present, Reimu obtains a magical skull staff, and is transformed into the queen of the underworld. The hat demon has known is shown in a more benevolent light, having watched over Reimu while she was alive and worrying what will become of Reimu with her newfound power.

• Prior to Ethyria's debut, a joke on Twitter was to edit Reimu's hat onto other people's heads. * She's a big fan of Kanae, Kuzuha, Melissa Kinrenka, Sukoya Kana, Machita Chima, and Hayase Sou. * Petra Gurin is her best friend who she has known for years. They call each other wife and are "married" to show their affection and closeness. * A running joke between Petra and Reimu fans is how each of them flirt with other girls and "cheat" on each other in twitter and collabs. This happens so much that PTR was suggested as a unit name for them, which was shut down as it was a reference to Petra to Reimu but also to NTR. Still, PTR is used every time they cheat on each other even if the unit name didnt became reality. * Reimu studied (Mandarin) Chinese for about two months. She also studied Italian for two months. * Her mother once took her to the gym, where she pushed herself too far because she is very competitive and passed out shortly after leaving the spinning bike. * She greatly enjoys Apex Legends, and is an Octane main. * She likes to make jokes out of her being from Latin America. ** Vox Akuma once said that if Reimu was a dog, she'd be a chihuahua because she's "all bark and no bite." However, Reimu cut him off mid-explanation to jokingly ask if it's because she's Latina, causing him to panic and finish his comment. ** She tends to sing Happy Birthday in Spanish for her fellow Livers during their Birthday Call-in streams. * She has a pet dog named "Mimi". * Her fans were able to deduce that she is from Colombia due to her mentioning hot dogs with pineapple sauce, a delicacy in the country.

A ghost wandering in hell. The more she thinks of her beloved, the more she becomes sad and haunted.
